Mission

We are a mission-orientated church that has the desire to follow Christ’s command to go into the world and make disciples of all people.

We believe that the Kingdom of God is built by Christians reaching out to others to proclaim the Good News of Jesus and we want to bring the love of Christ into the heart of our community reaching out and building relationships with those we meet.

Ultimately we want to help people encounter the living Christ and see their lives transformed by the power of God’s love.

Ladies and Men’s breakfasts

Both breakfasts are held twice yearly and are attended not only by our own congregation but also by those from the surrounding area.

The ladies meet in a local hotel whilst the men meet in the Church hall.

Following a cooked breakfast the guest speaker talks about how God has helped them cope through challenging times in their life and those attending are encouraged and touched by the messages.

Church BBQ

The BBQ is another annual event that takes place in the Church hall.   Food is provided and cooked by the congregation and is a great opportunity for both congregations to meet up and have fun together.

Next BBQ will be held on Saturday 10th September 2022.

Left To Their Own Devices (LTTOD)

This video and discussion based session from Care for the Family took place in April 2022.

It helped parents, grandparents and carers gain an understanding of the digital world their children connect with and the impact it can have on their lives, both now and in the future.

Topics covered included screen time, gaming, on line bullying, sexting, grooming and pornography. Practical advice was given with the opportunity to talk in small groups with other parents who may be experiencing the same difficulties.  This was a very informative and valuable course for parents, grandparents and carers whether their children were toddlers or in their teens or any age in between.

Wreath Making

This course offers the perfect chance to make a beautiful wreath to brighten up your door under the expert guidance of Berry & Bow Wreaths.

Details of time and how to book your place will be released on Facebook and our website in September 2022.

Mallard Community Hub

This is an exciting new vision where our church is stepping forward to live out the Good News of Jesus in our community in a practical way.

We are delighted to say that the Church has purchased a building on Main Street, Ballinamallard where we propose to open a cafe, provide office space for businesses or individuals and build a large multipurpose community facility.

Please watch this space for further updates.

CONNECT - Generations working together

This new venture will use art and music in a fun and innovative way to bring young people and the over 60's together, breaking down age barriers and increase their understanding of each other as they share experiences.  The workshops will give both generations an opportunity to learn new skills and give them an improved sense of purpose whilst boosting self-confidence and mental well-being.

Please contact Jill (07849147319, jillkeys2@hotmail.com) if you interested in joining us on Monday 24 October 2022, 6 pm - 7.30 pm.

Food will be served at 6 pm followed by musical workshop "The First Beat", led by music teacher Lynsey McCrea.

Please watch this space for further updates.

Wellbeing Journey

This course that ran weekly from September - November 2021 explored how we could improve our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.  Each night started with a short video followed by informal small group discussion.  Feedback from the course was very positive with 93% of people saying they would definitely recommend the course to others.

As well as improving wellbeing everyone had good fun and enjoyed meeting new people and getting to know others better.

Please contact Jill if you would be interested in attending the Wellbeing Journey.

Walking Group

This group of men and women meets weekly every Wednesday night, weather permitting, during June, July and August to walk approximately 3 miles around the Castle Irvine Estate (Necarne) Irvinestown.
